Welcome to John Veyna Beauty! I strive to provide a relaxing and professional environment for all of my clients. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review the following policies and fees. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Booking & Appointments

  • Appointment Scheduling:
    All appointments must be booked in advance. You can book online or by calling/texting (702) 859-6163.
    A $25.00 deposit is required to confirm your appointment for all treatments.

  • Cancellations & No-Shows:
    I understand that life happens! However, I kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

    • Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): 50% of the service cost will be charged.

    • No-Shows: Full-service price will be charged.
      Please note, deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future appointment if rescheduled within 7 days.

  • Late Arrivals:
    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next client's time. A late fee of $10.00 may apply.

Payment

  • Accepted Payment Methods:
    I accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Credit & Debit Cards.

    Full payment is due at the time of service, and tips are greatly appreciated but not required.

Refunds & Service Adjustments

  • I do my best to ensure your complete satisfaction with every service. If you are unhappy with your results, please notify me within 3 days, and I will do my best to make adjustments. Refunds are not offered.

Service Policies

  • Skin Sensitivities:
    Please inform me of any and all allergies and/or current medication on client in-take form prior to your appointment. Your comfort and safety are a top priority.

  • Product Use:
    I recommend using products suited to your skin type after treatments. Feel free to ask me for product recommendations or purchase professional skincare products directly from me.

  • Patch Test:
    For certain services (e.g., waxing, lash tinting, facials), a patch test may be required 24 hours before treatment to check for allergic reactions.

Packages & Discounts

  • Package Deals:
    I offer discounts for package bookings (e.g., 5 facials or waxing treatments). Package payments are non-refundable but transferable.

  • Referral Program:
    For every friend you refer who books a full-service appointment, you’ll receive a $20 credit toward your next visit!

Health & Safety

  • COVID-19 Guidelines:
    I follow all current state and local health guidelines to ensure a safe environment for my clients. If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.

  • Personal Safety:
    I take every precaution to ensure a clean and sanitized environment. All tools and equipment are thoroughly disinfected between each client.
